Description

The University of the Free State hereby invites suitable qualified service providers to submit a proposal in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) regarding mechanical prevention maintenance services.

Minimum Requirement

Interested service providers are kindly requested to visit the PURCO SA website at www.purcosa.co.za and UFS website for all the required information.

The RFP document (available in English only) will only be available electronically at www.purcosa.co.za from 06th June 2022.

Information Session

A COMPULSORY Information session will be held as follows:

Bloemfontein Campus

• Date: 22nd June 2022
• Time: 08:30 for 09:00
• Venue: Computer Lab C

Compulsory Site visits at the Bloemfontein Campuses will take place directly after the information session. Prospective service providers will be accompanied by the UFS Team. Service provider representatives will be limit to two people per company. All COVID-19 protocols will be observed.

 

QwaQwa Campus

• Date: 23rd June 2022
• Time: 08:30 for 09:00
• Venue: Senate Hall, Intsika Building

Compulsory Site visits at the Qwaqwa Campus will take place directly after the information session. Prospective service providers will be accompanied by the UFS Team. Service provider representatives will be limit to two people per company. All COVID-19 protocols will be observed.
