The University of the Free State hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to submit proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the appointment of a service provider to provide banking services for a period of 5 years.

A non-compulsory information session will be held on 23rd September 2026 at 09h00 am. Service providers must register on https://purcosa.co.za/tender/18226 to obtain the MicroSoft Teams link to the meeting.

Tender documents can be purchased on the PURCO SA website. In order to download the tender document, the steps below should be followed:
- Visit www.purcosa.co.za
- If you have not yet registered your Company on the PURCO SA website, do so now.
- Click on required RFP in the block provided for Tenders and RFP’s.
- Click on the pay now button.
- System will make documentation available for downloading, immediately after payment is concluded.
